The Farabi Exchange Program, also known as the “Farabi Exchange Program among Higher Education Institutions,” is a student and faculty exchange program between universities and high technology institutes that provide education at the associate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.

Who can benefit? Associate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students enrolled in formal education institutions within the borders of Turkey, as well as all faculty members who are not part of the administrative staff, can benefit from the Farabi program. Please refer to the relevant Regulation.

The determining factors are as follows: Master’s and doctoral students cannot benefit from the Farabi exchange during their preparatory, scientific preparation periods, and the first semester of their main education.

Each student can benefit from Farabi for a maximum of 1 or 2 semesters. Faculty members can apply to the exchange program as much as they want.
