Internal Stakeholders
Internal stakeholders are groups within the institutional structure of the university and the faculty who take a direct role in the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of education, training, and research processes.

Students: Undergraduate and graduate students who are the primary target audience of the program and directly benefit from the educational processes.

Academic Staff: Faculty members and research assistants who deliver lectures, conduct research, and provide academic advising to achieve the educational objectives and program outcomes.

Administrative and Technical Staff: Secretariat, administrative specialists, and technical staff who manage the administrative operations, laboratory services, and student affairs of the faculty and department.

University and Faculty Management: The Rectorate, Senate, Faculty Deanery, and Department Chairs who make strategic decisions and provide budgetary and infrastructural resources.

In-University Support Units: Internal structures providing institutional support, such as the Quality Coordination Office, the Department of Student Affairs, the Scientific Research Projects (BAP) Coordination Unit, and the Career Center.
External Stakeholders
External stakeholders are external actors who are directly affected by the knowledge, services, and graduates produced by the faculty, or who contribute to the development and enhancement of the program.

Alumni: Former students who serve as direct representatives of the program's educational quality in the field and contribute to updating the curriculum through their sectoral feedback.

Public Institutions and Organizations: The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (General Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture), the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Coast Guard Command, and Provincial/District Directorates of Agriculture.

Research Institutes: Official institutions with which R&D partnerships are established, particularly the Mediterranean Fisheries Research, Production and Training Institute (AKSAM) and TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye).

Private Sector and Employers: Aquaculture facilities (hatcheries and farms), fish feed factories, seafood processing and packaging plants, and large-scale public aquarium enterprises (e.g., Antalya Aquarium).

Professional Chambers: The Chamber of Agricultural Engineers (the professional chamber where Fisheries Engineers register), which defends the professional rights of graduates and monitors legal regulations.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs): Foundations and associations operating in the field of environmental protection, aquatic ecosystems, and biodiversity conservation, such as the Association of Fisheries Engineers, the Turkish Marine Research Foundation (TÜDAV), and WWF-Türkiye.

Fisheries Cooperatives and Associations: Fisheries cooperatives and aquaculture producers' associations formed by regional capture fisheries and aquaculture producers.
